Linux provides many applications that can be used to record an event on the Desktop We work environment. One of them by using gtk-ReordMyDEsktop.gtk-free applications ReordMyDEsktop is contained in the package you can install ubuntu in your repository each. results in a video recorded by gtk-format *. RecordMyDesktop will ogv.

installation XAMPP

If you want the integration of the Apache web server, MySQL database server, and PHP / Perl in one package, you can install XAMPP


XAMPP is a web application server package that is free and cross-platfrom in the package which consists of the Apache HTTP server package, MySGL database, and packages to inteprenter script written in PHP or PERL.


To install XAMPP on ubuntu 9.14 or 9.10, make sure that service Apache and MySQL database server, is not working.or if Apache and MySQL packages are installed, you can turn off once the Apache and MySQL service using the following command:


$ sudo /etc/init.d/apache2 stop


$ sudo /etc/init.d/mysql stop


XAMPP installer to download the latest version of linux.download XAMPP in (http://www.apachefriends.org/en/xampp-linux)
After the download was logged in as root, move to the directory where you save the XAMPP installer, then exstrak file to the directory / opt.


$ sudo tar xzvf xampp-linux-1.7.3a.tar.gz-C /opt


After XAMPP files exstracted to a directory /opt, you can immediately start using the service XAMPP following command:


$ sudo-l
# /opt / lampp / lampp start


XAMPP service in order to run automatically, you can copy files to the service XAMPP /etc/init.d, then create a symbolic link to the service so that the default run level:


$ sudo-l
# cp /opt/lampp/ lampp /etc/init.d/lampp
# ln -s /etc/init.d/lampp /etc/rc2.d/s86lampp
# ln -s /etc/init.d/lampp /etc/rc3.d/s86lampp


After the service XAMPP running well, you can see if XAMPP is running well with carry web browser, and then on her page typed url http://localhost

Instalasi XAMPP

Jika menginginkan integrasi Apache web server,MySQL database server ,dan PHP/PERL dalam satu paket,anda dapat menginstalasikan XAMPP.

XAMPP merupakan paket aplikasi web server yang bersifat free dan lintas platfrom dimana di dalam paketnya terdiri atas paket Apache HTTP Server,database MySGL,dan paket inteprenter untuk skrip yang ditulis dalam bahasa PHP atau PERL.

Untuk menginstalasikan XAMPP di ubuntu 9.14 atau 9.10 ,pastikan kalau service apache dan database server MySQL,sudah tidak berjalan.Atau jika paket Apache dan MySQL sudah terinstalasi,Anda dapat mematikan dahulu service Apache dan MySQL dengan menggunakan perintah berikut :

$ sudo /etc/init.d/apache2 stop


$ sudo /etc/init.d/mysql stop


Download installer XAMPP untuk linux.download versi terbaru dari XAMPP di (http://www.apachefriends.org/en/xampp-linux).


Setelah ter-download login sebagai root ,pindah ke direktori tempat anda menyimpan installer XAMPP,lalu exstrak file tersebut ke direktory /opt .


$ sudo tar xzvf xampp-linux-1.7.3a.tar.gz -C /opt


Setelah file XAMPP terekstrak ke direktori /opt,Anda dapat segera menjalankan service XAMPP dengan menggunakan perintah berikut :


$ sudo -l
# /opt/lampp/lampp start

Agar service XAMPP dapat berjalan secara otomatis,Anda dapat mengcopy file service XAMPP ke /etc/init.d,lalu buat simbolik link untuk service tersebut agar di default run level 

$ sudo -l
# cp /opt/lampp/lampp /etc/init.d/lampp
# ln -s /etc/init.d/lampp /etc/rc2.d/s86lampp
# ln -s /etc/init.d/lampp /etc/rc3.d/s86lampp


Setelah service XAMPP berjalan baik,Anda dapat memastikan apakah XAMPP sudah berjalan dengan baik dengan mejalankan web browser,lalu pada halaman url-nya ketikan http://localhost .

Giving password on grub

        In order to protect not just anyone can enter your system, use a password on grub, this is very useful for those of you who have files that are important in your computer system.

To do this follow the steps below:
1.Into the terminal and run the following command:
$ grub


2.At the terminal, type command md5crypt, then hit enter, fill in the password prompt with a password that you want, not long later, the grub will display the password that you fill in the encrypted state.

3.Edit the file / boot / grub / menu.lst by using the text editor you want, Put the following parameters under initrid, adjust these parameters, in accordance with md5 password encryption in the can before.


$ gksu gedit / boot / grub / menu.lst

4.When finished, save the file changes, and reboot, now every one will enter the operating system options that have been given a password parameter, the grub will ask for a password first, if entered passwords match, then you can immediately go into the operating system choices ..

Memberi password pada Grub

Untuk melindungi tidak sembarang orang dapat memasuki sistem anda,gunakan password pada grub ,hal ini sangat berguna sekali bagi anda yang memiliki file-file yang sangat penting di dalam sistem komputer anda.

Untuk melakukan hal tersebut ikuti langkah di bawah ini :


1.Masuk ke terminal dan jalankan perintah berikut :


$ grub


2.Pada terminal ,ketikan perintah md5crypt,lalu enter.Pada prompt password,isikan dengan password grub yang anda inginkan.Tak berapa lama kemudian,grub akan menampilkan password yang anda isikan dalam keadaan terenkripsi.

3.Edit file /boot/grub/menu.lst dengan menggunakan text editor yang anda inginkan,letakan parameter berikut dibawah initrid,sesuaikan parameter tersebut,sesuai dengan enkripsi md5 password yang di dapat  sebelumnya.

$ gksu gedit /boot/grub/menu.lst

4.Setelah selesai,simpan hasil perubahan file,dan lakukan reboot.Kini setiap akan memasuki salah satu piliihan sistem operasi yang sudah diberikan parameter password,grub akan menanyakan password terlebih dahulu.Jika password yang dimasuki sesuai,maka anda dapat segera masuk ke pilihan sistem operasi tersebut..

      Perkembangan zaman kini mencapai era teknologi modern dimana teknologi baru yang muncul sudah dapat diterima dengan baik ,tidak seperti dulu masih ada pro dan kontra dimana manusia masih berpendapat bahwa teknologi yang bermunculan tersebut akan berdampak baik atau buruk.

    Tidak dapat dipungkiri lagi bahwa perkembangan di dunia komputer sangat pesat dimana setiap harinya banyak informasi dan teknologi yang baru yang bermunculan.

    Kuliah di gunadarma sudah diharuskan mempunyai blog sendiri dimana blog tersebut akan di gunakan untuk mengerjakan tugas-tugas yang di berikan oleh dosen.Tugas tersebut di kirim dari dosen ke email kita di studensite mahasiswa masing-masing.

    Mahasiswa di haruskan membuka internet setidaknya lima hari dalam seminggu,hal tersebut di lakukan agar mahasiswa mampu memperoleh informasi dengan baik dan mengolah informasi tersebut dengan baik.

    Jadi tidak dapat dipungkiri lagi bahwa interaksi manusia dan komputer sangat erat di zaman yang serba modern ini.
